At All Points Property Solutions, safety is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, subcontractors, customers, and the general public. Every project, regardless of size, shall be performed with safety, professionalism, and compliance in mind.

Our Commitment to Safety

All Points Property Solutions is dedicated to:

  • Preventing workplace injuries and accidents.
  • Protecting employees, customers, tenants, and visitors.
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable OSHA regulations and safety standards.
  • Providing appropriate safety training and education.
  • Promoting a culture where safety is everyone’s responsibility.
  • Continuously improving safety practices and procedures.

Employee Responsibilities

All employees, contractors, and subcontractors are expected to:

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Comply with applicable OSHA regulations.
  • Use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Report unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Report all accidents, injuries, or near misses.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training when required.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Employees and contractors shall utilize appropriate PPE when required, including but not limited to:

  • Safety glasses
  • Work gloves
  • Hearing protection
  • Respiratory protection when necessary
  • Hard hats when applicable
  • High-visibility clothing when required
  • Steel-toe footwear when appropriate

Failure to utilize required PPE may result in removal from the job site.

Job Site Safety

Before beginning work, personnel shall:

  • Assess the work area for hazards.
  • Identify potential risks.
  • Ensure proper tool and equipment operation.
  • Establish safe work zones.
  • Secure work areas to protect occupants and visitors.
  • Follow all property-specific safety requirements.

Work areas shall be maintained in a clean and orderly condition throughout the duration of the project.

Tool and Equipment Safety

Employees and contractors shall:

  • Inspect tools before use.
  • Remove damaged equipment from service immediately.
  • Use equipment only for its intended purpose.
  • Follow manufacturer operating instructions.
  • Maintain all tools in safe working condition.

Ladder Safety

When using ladders:

  • Inspect ladders before each use.
  • Use ladders only on stable surfaces.
  • Maintain three points of contact.
  • Never exceed ladder weight limits.
  • Follow all OSHA ladder safety requirements.

Electrical Safety

Personnel shall:

  • Inspect cords and equipment before use.
  • Avoid use of damaged electrical equipment.
  • Use GFCI protection when required.
  • Follow lockout/tagout procedures when applicable.
  • Report electrical hazards immediately.

Hazard Communication

All employees and contractors shall be informed of known workplace hazards and the safe handling of chemicals, materials, and equipment. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) shall be available when required.

Substance Abuse Policy

The use, possession, distribution, or influence of illegal drugs, alcohol, or impairing substances while working or representing All Points Property Solutions is strictly prohibited.

Any individual suspected of working under the influence may be removed from the job site immediately.

Incident Reporting

All injuries, accidents, property damage, near misses, and unsafe conditions must be reported to management immediately.

Incident investigations may be conducted to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.

We are committed to protecting our customers, their families, tenants, guests, and property during all phases of our work. Work areas may be restricted, secured, or isolated when necessary to minimize risks and maintain a safe environment.

2. Stop Work Authority

Every employee, contractor, and subcontractor has the authority and responsibility to stop work if an unsafe condition exists or if they believe work cannot be performed safely.

No employee shall be disciplined for reporting a legitimate safety concern.

3. Continuous Improvement

Safety is an ongoing process. All Points Property Solutions regularly reviews safety procedures, training programs, and work practices to improve workplace safety and reduce risks.
